why yes, we happen to be one of those people who love changing skins around. and while we do keep our previous skins [ you can switch through them in the profile area ], we do change our skin colors, too. and, of course, that causes some problems in posts with colors, considering that they don't go well with other colors, too.
sooo, meet enhanced table tags! while we're not requiring you guys to use it, it's a nice, recommended way into making sure anyone's eyes don't bleed out because of some skin change. simply put, you can manipulate the background of the table as well as the text, so you don't need to change colors everytime a new skin comes up~
[atrb=border,0,true][bg=212121]this is the sample of an enhanced table. as you can see, the table uses a white font color, which would have been completely unreadable if the background is not present. the bg tag determines the color of your table background, while color - as usual - determines your text color. and yes, you can also make your fancy post templates inside this table tags! nifty, huh? just make sure to put all of the tags you need to use inside the table.
manipulating tables can be a bit tricky, but if you want some help, feel free to ask around! also, the code for this certain table is located below, for studying purposes.
